Our B&B Theresia is a place unlike any other. The rooms are located in our family home, built in the 18th century, earlier than nearby Villa de Lutti, one of the architectural jewels of Upper Garda and Trentino. The building has been renovated completely to guarantee our guests maximum comfort while enhancing the historic soul of the house. History lives on in the architecture and details that characterize our B&B: ancient wooden beams, copper pots, old sewing machines, antique furnishings.

La storia della nostra famiglia scorre parallela a quella di Riva del Garda e del pittoresco borgo di S. Alessandro, alle pendici del Monte Brione: i nostri avi vivevano qui già 250 anni fa. E proprio a uno di loro abbiamo deciso di dedicare il nostro Bed & Breakfast: Teresa è infatti la nonna di Stefania, che abitava proprio in questa casa.

After working as restaurateurs in the center of Riva del Garda for many years, in 2018 we decided to try a new hospitality venture. We offer those who visit Riva del Garda the opportunity to stay in a place full of character, where modern additions enhance the historic features of the building. Every detail is designed to offer our guests a familiar, comfortable and authentic stay.
